All orders placed through our website are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-demand periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer due to order volume.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after processing.
Delivery is expected within 7 business days of shipment.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in simple and fair shipping policies:

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2499
Standard Shipping Fee applies to orders below ₹2499 (calculated at checkout)
Express Shipping, if chosen, will incur an additional cost based on location and courier service availability.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email that includes:

A tracking number
A tracking link to monitor your shipment’s real-time status via the courier partner’s portal

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and most PIN codes across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re actively working toward expanding globally.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to maintain timely delivery through trusted logistics partners, occasional delays may occur due to:

Courier disruptions
Adverse weather conditions
Public holidays, strikes, or local shutdowns
Future international customs clearance delays

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and assure you of timely coordination and support.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout.

Budget mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
